IMPORTANT DATES

Registration Dates

  • Extended - Early Registration Deadline: 13 April 2022
  • Pre-registration closes: 20 May 2022 (You may still attend and register in person.)

Hotel Reservation Deadline

  • Hotel Guest Room Booking Deadline: 2 May 2022

Cancellations & Substitutions

  • All cancellations made on or before 4 May 2022 will be refunded 100%, less the administrative fee.
  • Substitutions are welcome through 12:00 pm PT, Wednesday 25 May 2022. 

REGISTRATION

  • To register for the conference, visit the registration page.
  • To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS (CLE/CPE)

Will the conference be certified for Legal Education?

Yes, CLE and CPE accreditation is currently pending. As you register for the conference, be sure to indicate whether you will be requesting CLE, CPE credits, or both; along with your bar state and number, and the state/province you would like to file in. Please see our website for more details. 

MEALS, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, AND REQUESTS 

Which meals are included with my registration?
Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?

Breakfast and lunch are provided on Thursday, 26 May and Friday, 27 May. Receptions will also have provisions.  
Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at the Welcome Reception and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request. 

BADGE QUESTIONS

I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?

Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so online via our registration system with your username and password set up during the registration process, or contact memberservices@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.

Is ITechLaw taking preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19?

The International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all 2022 World Technology Law Conference participants. Our decisions and preventive measures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), European Medicines Agency (EMA), World Health Organization (WHO) and federal, state and local health authorities in California and the USA. The Duty of Care is available on our website.  

DRESS CODE

What is the dress code for the 2022 World Technology Law Conference?

Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events. For those attending the Gala Reception and Dinner, San Francisco cocktail-chic strongly encouraged; however, business attire is also acceptable.
(Gala tickets must be purchased in advance at the time of registering.)

INTERNET ACCESS

Will I have Internet access while at the conference?

Complimentary wireless access will be available throughout the two conference days. The internet cost in your hotel room is included in your guestroom rate if you are staying at the conference hotel.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Do I need a visa for entry into The United States?
