IMPORTANT DATES

Registration Dates

• Early Registration Deadline: 11 January 2023
• Pre-registration closes: 7 March 2023 (You may still attend and register in person.)

Cancellations & Substitutions

• All cancellations made on or before 8 February 2023 will be refunded 100%, less the administrative fee of 150.00 SGD.
• No refunds will be available for cancellations on or after 9 February 2023, or for no-shows. 
• Substitutions are welcome through 12:00 pm SST, Tuesday 7 March 2023. 

REGISTRATION

• To register for the conference, visit the registration page.
• To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email. 
• To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.
• NOTE: ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists. Please be aware of any scamming emails.

Hotel Reservations

• Hotel reservations can be made under the ITechLaw negotiated rate at The Fullerton Hotel for our attendees at a variety of room rates. View hotel options on our website. 

MEALS, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, AND REQUESTS 

Which meals are included with my registration? 
Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?

Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on Thursday, 9 March and Friday, 10 March. Receptions will also have provisions.  
Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at receptions and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request. 

BADGE QUESTIONS

I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?

Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting memberservices@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.

DUTY OF CARE AND COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Is ITechLaw taking preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19?

The International Technology Law Association (“ITechLaw”) is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all 2023 International Asia-Pacific Conference participants. Our decisions and preventive measures will be guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Ministry of Health Singapore, World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities in Singapore. We are working with The Fullerton Hotel on implementing preventative measures to reduce the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus at our 2023 International Asia-Pacific Conference. 

DRESS CODE

What is the dress code for the 2023 International Asia-Pacific Conference?

Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events. For those attending the Gala Reception and Dinner, black-tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, business and cocktail attire is also acceptable. 
(Gala tickets must be purchased in advance at the time of registering.)

ELECTRICITY USAGE

What plug will I need for my electronic devices?

Singapore uses power plugs of type G (same as UK/Hong Kong).

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Will I need a visa for entry?

Only a few countries require a visa for entry. You may find the full list on Singapore's Immigration Website.

EXPLORING SINGAPORE

I would like to explore Singapore while I am there. Where can I find out more information?

INTERNET ACCESS

Will I have Internet access while at the conference?

Wireless access will be available throughout the conference. Instructions to connect to Wi-Fi will be provided at onsite.
